How is that common logic? If he was a druggy, then he would probably be a petty thief, who lives on the sidewalk and his brain is basically a used tampon.
He looks a little bit like Light Yagami. And no, I think he just looks like a Болталка dude with a headset on. Maybe he does, though I don't think there are any drugs that make your pupils go red.
