If Ты have a medal for a club but then leave that club and then Присоединиться it back again later, do Ты lose the medal?

No Ты don't lose the medal, I had a medal for this club, then I left for a bit then I came back, but first of all the medal wasn't there but I came back the Далее день and noticed it was there again. :)
