make clever tricks to remember things like "in the год of 1492, columbus sailed the ocean blue" или something like that. if its to a familiar tune или is fun to say, it will be easier to remember.
always keep studying. study for a little еще every night before the test.
it never hurts to do extra work from the textbook.
sometimes teachers will hold an afterschool study session или practice quiz. do not hesitate to do so.
make flashcards. flashcards are some of your best school friends.
