TURN ON ALL THE LIGHTS!

Turn on the TV to some cartoons.
Its ok i'm the same age and I the same problem sometimes.

do what i do, lock urself in ur room and go on ur computer

im not, im at my Друзья house on my phone with my other friend, but, u do have lights, don't you? Ты also can turn on the radio and watch tv so its not quiet.

Well, what I suggest is:
1.Make sure all the doors are locked.
2. Turn on all the lights.
3.Turn the T.V. on.
4.Get a подушка или stuffed animal of some sort.
5.Go to your happy place.

make an imaginary friend, then Ты won't feel so alone :D Ты can watch TV and stuff! But seriously, if Ты got a night light или somewhere go there so your neighbor can't see the light (It's kind of creepy though that Ты neighbor is kind of stalking Ты O.O)

If Ты have animals: Cuddle with them and watch tv.

If Ты do not have animals: take deep breaths and watch tv.

I don't like the dark either and I'm older than you. It just makes stuff worse for me.
