Ok just need some Совет PLEASE...

So i this guy started saying hi to me and talking a little bit to me and than a день later my friend told me that he сказал(-а) he wanted to go out with me and i сказал(-а) to her that i would want to get to know him first but idk if she told him that so i messaged him on Facebook but he only came back with one word Ответы and i was doing all the talking and after he asked for my number when we texted it was the same and sometimes he dosent even answer one of my Вопросы and he dosent come to hang out with me или anythin if he does come over he just says like two things and than runs off again its pissing me off cos i want to hav an actual convo with the guy and im giving him all these chances to get to know me and he barely says anything i rly wanba know if he actually likes me and i rly need help on what to do next
