What is your opinion on online friendships/relationships?

I think online friendships can be еще rewarding than a offline friendship. There isn't as much, stress with an online friendship(I find) Ты don't really have to worry about how Ты look, what your wearing, ect, But also in some ways it can be worse, Ты have a lack of that phsyical contact, and Ты can't see them smile, laugh, cry, frown, ect. So they have there positives and negatives. But in offline relationships Ты can really do еще together than just talk.

Now for relationships, some work some don't. There is еще of a risk factor in online relationships to a degree. Ты honestly have no idea who Ты are talking to, but offline, it's the same case, yes Ты can see their face and everything, but Ты still don't know them, their background, или even if they are who they say they are. They can be beneficial, Ты don't have to worry about dressing up for dates, make yourself look nice for them, или making yourself look like a fool around them. But, you're relationship might not be able to get to the same depth или intimacy as an offline relationship, due to the lack of physical contact.

I'm perfectly fine with both, I have many online friends, but I haven't had an online relationship. But I do know someone who has had one, and it caused a lot of conflict in her personal life.

Some people prefer online, some prefer offline, some like both.

Online friendships in my opinion are the best ever. Nothing beats actually hanging out with real life friends, but as i'm еще of the - i don't like people - type of people, i find it easier to be еще myself in front of a computer screen then face to face.
Online relationships however do not work out for me. The only reason i know Ты have an online relationship is because Ты live too far away to have an actual physical relationship, and i've never been good with distance in Любовь situations.
But i know so many people who have flourished with them.

Neither is good, yet neither is bad either :)

Personally, I think that having Друзья in real life is much еще beneficial, than having online friends. There's nothing wrong with having online friends, but it is also good to hang out with people that Ты can physically go and see, rather than restrict your life to online friends. I have several online friends, and I like all the people I'm Друзья with... But, I also have quite a few good Друзья I know in real life and I wouldn't trade those friendships for all the Золото in the world.

-To me, Друзья I personally know are the most rewarding. Reasons being; they know what Ты look like, they most likely know what kind of person Ты really are, inside and out, meaning they should be Друзья that accept Ты for you. They are also easier to trust and be loyal to. They can literally be there for Ты when Ты need comfort или encouragement, and plenty of other stuff.
-Online Друзья had different advantages. They can be from another country, which expands your cultural beliefs, respects and stuff like that. (I actually know someone who stopped being racist because of his online friend.) Ты can learn about the lifestyles of other places and such while sharing common interests with that online friend. Sometimes, if Ты end up meeting them they become a real good friend - online Друзья can make great best friends, assuming they are real. There's also an advantageous disadvantage to online Друзья though. With online friends, Ты can lie your butt off about yourself and the person on the other line would believe that that is the real you, and would be accepting a 'fake' you, basically. It makes Ты look cool but then that friend might as well be talking to someone imaginary.
-Still, as mentioned above, online Друзья can still become great Друзья if they are real and sincere and not like those cheaters who have some ulterior motive. However I don't think online romantic relationships are a good idea, as Ты don't know the real person and even if they are sincere, it's the same as loving a computer. The relationship should wait until they finally meet each other for real. That's what I think at least.

until i found someone whose kinda honest,trust ",until now i'm not sure" but we talk to each other on what's app
and we sure have each other phone numbers as well.

I have social anxiety and having a screen between me and my pals helps me a lot. So I support them 100% .
