Okay, this is what i do but it's probably not healthy, i go on the net, because im awesome on the net, lol, even though in real life, Ты wouldn't exactly call me a hot shot....don't get me wrong! i am hot though!
the Далее thing i do it cry! XDXD give the good old tear sacks a testing. Oh no! here comes the waterfall!
the other thing is, i try to remind myself that im going to die anyways so i might as well stick it out XD
then i try to remember how awesome i am! but then just end up wallowing in self pitty for another 10 минуты (or longer depending)
so now Ты know what i do :)
anyways, i think what really makes it better is to talk about it, i don't really do that because i don't feel like i have anybody to turn to that really cares, but whatever it is, Ты should talk about it with someone who cares, whether it's a friend on Fanpop или a best friend или close family member in real life, good luck sweetie, and don't worry, you're beautiful and perfect
Listen to music. Talk to other people Ты trust. Who knows? Maybe they know what you're going through. Smile. You'll look еще beautiful when Ты do. If you're angry write your feelings down on paper and then throw it away. When you're embarrassed, always remember that there are always things Ты can do that are far worse. And remember to cry. Pour out your feelings, since its best not to hold them in.
Think that, out there somewhere in the world, another person feels exactly the same way. And always think that someone out there also pulls a door when it says 'Push'. ;)
I normally pray but if your not religious person then Ты don't have to. But mostly what helps is listening to Музыка that talks about how valuable life is and not to waste it because Ты only live once. Listen to this song. It's what I listen to when I'm down.
If I feet that way I usually watch a movie with my crush in it and it makes me smile and I ending up feeling better when he smiles или talking about something really sweet and caring, it makes me feel so good inside. This is one of my Избранное movies. :)
I go to my room and write down everything I'm feeling. It gives me the chance to vent my feelings and explore them at the same time, so when I finish I always feel a little better.
Then I get myself some чай and Шоколад and I watch a cheerful sitcom for a while - like Golden Girls, which is my ultimate feel-good show. :D
I think the most important thing is to come to terms with how Ты are feeling - this is why Письмо helps me - because this is the only way to Переместить past it. After you've done this, Ты begin to feel better. Everything passes, and no matter what has happened it's not the end of the world.
