this is really serious oh my god my best friend admitted to self harming and im so worried about her what do i do i dont know her in person she lives halfway across the country from me and im so scared how do i help her

Ты can't make anyone stop cutting if they don't want to but Ты can encourage them so that they do want to stop. ^-^ I know your position lol, I know people who cut and shit and really just don't make too big a deal of the cutting, don't bring it up if they don't, just be a kickass friend and make sure they know that you're there for them and if they want to talk to Ты they can. :3

Yeah I know it hurts. It was like a kick in the gut when I found out my girlfriend cut. Hurts like hell but really all your friend probably needs is someone to tell her they care, dumb as that sounds. ^^
