I need help with this

I have a friend name Kim. She and I have been Друзья for a while now. Then I got a new friend named Kate. Kim spent 1 минута with Kate and already got into an arguement with her. Kim always did this with my new friends. When Kim does all this stuff its hard to be Друзья with her. In the end we would yell at each other, and I would give her the silent treatment just so we could go back to yelling at each other. I cant deal with it anymore. I wanna be Друзья with her. So what should I do.
