Help please!

I have liked a guy since год 5 and now I'm in год 9. He is a год older than me and I don't think it's just a crush anymore. I got Facebook in год 7 and at the time I was still a complete weirdo so I thought it was ok to talk to everyone on Facebook so i started annoying him so much. He ended up blocking me and I don't blame him, I would've blocked me.

He goes on my bus in the morning and goes to a different school. I used to be great Друзья with his little sister up until год 7 when I went to high school. She goes on my morning bus too but my group of Друзья and I sit up the back and my crush and his sister sit up the front. How do I get him to unblock me and what should I do to get his attention?
