Does true Любовь или true friendships ever exist anymore in this world?

Each день I get еще and еще negative about its existence, because I'm always getting betrayed so many times by people. I never know who to trust anymore. So I've got some big trust issues and people have gotten really upset for me not trusting them at times and sometimes some people never talk to me again. But how can they blame me for this? They just don't know what I've been through. They treat me rotten for it, but I can't help it if its hard to trust people anymore. This makes me so hopeless that I will never find true Любовь или any true friendships and I just wanna cry about it. I'm such a good person, but not a lot of people appreciate it.

I've been waiting for so long. So sometimes there's a lot of times when I struggle waiting. Then I start think well maybe these kind of things just aren't meant for me then.

Yeah, people act all goody goody at first and act like they Любовь Ты then get Ты to Любовь them, but they just end up turning on Ты right in the end.

I've tried to stay calm and trust people, but when I stay calm and don't stay cautious enough then they end up always turning their back on me.

But clearly they want Ты to trust them, ie they're probably trustworthy. And again, it's simple cause effect. Ты don't trust them (which yes is being a jerk if they're your friends) so they're jerks to you. Ты first. Just open up, jfc.

I barely trust men either. It's also easier to get raped by a man if you're a girl which I fear the most, since I'm so small. I've recently been getting into self harm, sadly.

I've done both several times, always done my best to be careful too, but I always end up getting fooled and betrayed in the end, because I'm too nice and accepting.

The same has happened to me and for a REALLY long time. Ты don't have to give yourself to people right away. It's okay if Ты cannot trust people. Do not let anyone else tell Ты otherwise. No one has any right to blame Ты for that. Ты don't have to stick to other people right away to survive.Take your time alone to think things through and follow that which makes Ты feel better and satisfied !!!!
