It's not weird Вопрос dude. By the way they earn it buy posting many many and many stuffs to any club. Say I have Опубликовано pics in XYZ club and some Видео and I am active to that club I will get medal and if I start contributing in many клубы and ask peoples to Фан the stuffs I have Опубликовано I will get medal very soon. And thus how some peoples earn so many medals. I have seen some fanpopers with еще than 100 Медали they must be very active and of course have time to be here and post stuffs to earn medals.

What to do:
1. Add a picture или еще to a club (you will need Adobe Flash).
2. Ask people to Фан your picture, или leave it happen itself.
3. Ты get your medal!

Ты have to be active on a club. Post a lot of polls, questions, images, ect. I don't know how active Ты have to be exactly - I didn't even realise when I got my medals, so I can't tell Ты exactly how much Ты have to do. I think Ты have to make at least 100 posts in total to get the dedicated medal.
