First of all, be pretty as in natural beauty, then appear еще often in his круг of friends, hobbys & interests, appear at the same events that he does, maybe he'll take notice of Ты eventually, talk to HIS Друзья if your not up to talking to him, will grab his attention...
Be cool and funny - if Ты can......who dosen't Любовь funny!?...Be good a things, that can impress him{in school most likely}...
or, do nothing he's bound to like Ты at some point if your half decent!
