Should I go to the doctor?

My ear was blocked since last night! I tried unblocking it but it doesn't work! I wanted to clean it with ear buds but I read on the internet that its not good because it pushes the wax further in the ear! And its afternoon now! I tried holding my nose and blowing but my RIGHT ear makes a popping sound not my LEFT ear! Its my LEFT ear that's blocked! So should I go see a doctor?
