Ummm. do u know any exercises?

My sister's wedding is approaching in three months and I think I am getting fat...I want to look as fit as ever at her wedding, so can anyone recommend me any easy but effective exercise which I can do regularly?

макаронные изделия, макароны and white хлеб are awful, they will definitely put on the pounds. Don't do it.

Okay then, maybe consider eating some of the Еда Ты eat in fasting in your day-to-day life - all the high energy stuff Ты need to get through the day. Would that help, do Ты think? Eat high energy stuff in small portions, maybe?1

Drinks lots of water
Avoid sugar as much as Ты can. I mean a little ice cream или a piece of cake или something is okay. Just not too much of sugars.
