What do Ты do to cheer yourself up out without talking to someone?

Work usually. Work is my outlet, toil for toil

I indulge in my interests.

- Listening to Music
- Watching various Shows / Movies
- Playing Video Games
- Чтение Manga/Comics или about Subjects I'm fond of in general
- Admiring Nature или Art in general
- Daydreaming
- Exercising / Practicing
- Eating / Drinking.

There are other methods as well but mainly these !!!!

Any one of my many obsessions.

If I dont have a current obsession, resort to an old obsession. If I am in such a depressed mood или mental state I cant do that with Музыка videos, AMVs, voice clips, video clips, image collection, and / или Иконка making, then listen to Музыка and/or sleep.

Pretty much those things are the go to. I can rarely stay upset when Im fawning over a character Im obsessed with.

I usually just lay in постель, кровати to simmer down. Then I go watch some funny Видео или something.
