Personally I dont feel или have too many warning signs that I feel. I usually just keep an eye out for situations that would cause anxiety and keep an eye out for small amounts of anxiety so I can stop или fix whatever is causing me to be anxious before it becomes full on anxiety
Its been less of a concern of mine since my anxiety medication and therapy has been helping me quite a bit. Its been a while since I felt like I could barely breathe XD
Not really, if I'm feeling nervous about something the anxiety comes immediately. Sometimes, though, when I'm trying to remain calm in a stressful situation and act like nothing is wrong, I usually end up crying/almost crying, as if my body needs to physically react to the anxiety somehow, and that's when I realize I was feeling еще anxious than I thought I was initially.
For me, anxiety itself doesn’t have warning signs, but the two times I’ve had full blown anxiety attacks, there were some. Mostly before an attack it feels like there’s a weight on my chest and it gets progressively harder to breathe. I get restless too.
