Is It Leagle For A Teacher To Fail Ты Just Because He/She Dosn't Like You?

Alright, I'll Admit i'm not so smart, but, everytime i ask for help they say the same thing over and over, then when i ask for extra credit they say 'No, Just do your work' when every one else is getting all the extra credit in the world.

And No, I'm Not A Bad Kid, I'm A Every день normale kid.

But The Teachers Are Hating Me Because Of Who My Mother Is, And My Brother.

I'v done NOTHING wrong, yet they still won't teach me.

That's definately illegal. If they really don't like Ты because of who your mum and brother is, they're discriminating against Ты based on your family. That's illegal under the Discrimination Act which all teachers have to follow. Though that probably depends on where Ты live.

I only really know about the laws in the UK but I would imagine the USA have a similar anti-discrimination act. That would make it illegal for teachers to treat Ты differently based onincome/social class.
