The Luckiest Girl In The World by Steven Levenkron.
It's about a fifteen-year-old skater who has been self-mutilating herself since she was thirteen, and how she finds the courage to stop and express her emotions in another way with the help of a therapist....
It was a touching story and almost brought me to tears, and I can definitely relate with the main character, Katie because I cut myself once.
