well unfourtantly the rules say Ты have to be 13 however though i can't say i recommend it или encourage it i know there are alot of people on here who lie about their age so thats an option but your accont can be deleted if they find out. thats all i can say otherwise they'll have to wait til they are 13 sorry hope this helps

There are rules saying u have to be at a certain age like 13, i highly doubt she will be able to keep her identity safe, cause there are perverts on here and people will eventually ask what her real age is, and i dont think she can hide the truth.
so i suggest u tell her no and let her wait another one или two years till she can join.
