Before we even learn of his villainy, he orders Hiryu to kill his friend, Cain, with the threat of a massacre in a Mongolian village if he refused (of course Hiryu never kills Cain. however in the manga, Cain kills Sheena in a brainwashed state), in the manga he ordered Striders Arana and Kubira to murder Hiryu and Cain when they try to destroy the Amazon ZAIN Terminal, In the NES game, he has this samurai-type dude called Dragon Fiend kill anyone who approaches Kuramoto's residence, he's also worse in this version when he murders Cain & Sheena, in both the NES and Manga he'd known about the Zain project for three years and possibly sent Hiryu's older sister Mariya somewhere to be a test subject, followed by her killing ten Strider trainees in that state, forcing Hiryu to kill her, resulting in Matic crossing the Moral Event Horizon( link ), also he secretly wants control of both Enterprise/The Syndicate and The Striders (with Kuramoto's death blamed on Hiryu and Cain in the manga) to accomplish his desire of world domination, lastly in the manga, when Kuramoto retakes control of the Striders, Matic refused to surrender and threatened everyone with a bomb.
