I found this site, and fanfiction, because I wanted to share my horrible sense of unfairness with the ending Severus Snape was given, first in the books, then in the movies.

Got me to wondering which everyone would have prefered, to have the wizarding world know the truth about him and give him the honors I feel he so richly deserved
or
For him to have a chance to go back and change his life or at least have more happiness in his life before he passed, as fanfiction is prolific in.

(Reversing the ending so that he does not die is not an option as I believe that would be everyone's number one choice and I'm looking for some variety and discussion here....LOL)
