The old episodes (seasons 1,2,3) of SpongeBob are infinitely better than the new disturbing ones. Do Ты think so too?

The first episodes were simple, funny, and well drawn. After being on for 11 years, I think the writers are getting lazy. :(

Why did they have to ruin it? another things are :
Spongebob used to be smarter than Patrick in the old ones but now..he's even еще silly than Patrick!!(it hurts me to say that)
And you're right,in some parts it's disgusting...And Squidward is sooo annoying(lol ok he was always so:P)..but the most important thing..Each episode would teach something important..They would be just lovely and funny ...*sigh* i miss those days

I agree! The new episodes are kind of annoying. I too agree that some of them are disturbing. In a newer episdode, Squidward was plucking his eyebrows when Spongebob yelled and in slow-motion, Squidward ripped part of his eyebrow off and it gave me the shivers. I loved season 1, 2 and 3. But the most annoying thing about the newer seasons? They try to make Spongebob look cute... it's kinda annoying.

FUCK YES. I agree with everyone.

I know, I hated what they've turned Spongebob into.

When I first watched Spongebob, the whole story was a based on a happy-go-lucky sponge who always went on wacky adventures with his unique friends. Spongebob saw the good in everyone: Patrick, the lazy, dumb starfish who helped motivate Spongebob at times, Squidward (who openly hates Spongebob) but did Показать a softer side towards him, Sandy, a белка from Texas who is a genius and a master at Karate, and the greedy Mr. Krabs. This Показать was(is) one of the most greatest, if not, greatest Показать of all time. There's so much creativity and virgility to the characters, but now this Показать is going down the toilets.

1. The change of characters:

If Ты carefully watched the first 3 seasons and compare it to the new, distrubing episodes, Ты will see an obvious change in character:

Spongebob- he went out his way to help others in need, and although he did get a LITTLE annoying ( and I do emphasize a LITTLE, it wasn't anything intentional. Now, in the newer episodes, he's become annoying, whiny and basically going out of his way to create havoc and destruction in whatever situtation he's in.

Patrick- in the older episodes, he was like the motivator for Spongebob when he was down, and actually acted like a true friend towards him, but in the newer episodes, he's a complete idiot, causing so much pain and damage towards Spongebob, himself или any other character.

Mr Krabs- Mr Krabs was еще generous towards Sponebob, but now he's a heartless cheapskate who'd risk Spongebob's well being for money? Wtf?
