Crazy Story About A Girl Who Pretended to Be a Student 

If this isn't turned into a movie in the next five years, I don't know Hollywood.

It is really sad to realize that kids can get so bent out of shape that they feel they MUST do a particular thing or be complete failures. This is very sobering to me as a parent, as you may imagine.

What's funny to me is how many people - including ones quoted in the article - are furious, terrified and/or threatened by this subterfuge. The roommate, in particular, seems to have a reaction way out of proportion to the infraction...from her quotes, I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up trying to sue somebody, she's so mad. Mad at what?? But it's not just the roommate - countless people posted comments on the article on the source page, most of them frightened or angry.

Bizarre.
