I think Peter is still an Alpha because when Laura Hale died she was still in full волк form until Stiles messed with the wolfsbane.

This couldn't be anymore wrong. Okay, the reason SHE was in full волк form was because the wolfsbane kept her into that form! She didn't even die in her alpha form, I saw it on an episode (in which episode? I forgot) and most Фаны think it was a burial ritual. секунда of all, Peter's eyes are blue, not red. Seriously. He's a Beta.
Actually, I read this off of a website. Derek is still an Alpha and Peter is a weak Beta wolf, but I think he's got a plan to try and get back to power as an Alpha wolf
