Who should play the Далее Joker?

I heard that there is a new Бэтмен movie series, who should be casted as the Далее Joker?

P.S. Nolan is not the director. :/

To me its hard to find a better actor than heath to play the joker, but if we had to choose, I say Johnny Depp...he's my fave actor btw.. and yet, i don't think Depp can be better than heath. Because heath made the best joker by far and it is impossible for any actor to вверх that.
But lets not to forget that Mr. Depp is known by playing these kind of characters like the joker, so i guess he is the best choice.
