Does anyone have any suggestions for a Christine costume?

Lipservice dresses. Check ebay, they'll probably range anywhere from $20-$75 depending on the people selling them.

The dress pictured was actually complimented by a wardrobe person for the Broadway production! So if that isn't a win, I don't know what is.
If you're willing to go a bit еще expensive Von Lancelot and VictorianChoice2009 (both also on ebay) offer Victorian style dresses for around $100-$150. They don't match the dresses from the stage show, but they would be period correct and Ты could claim a еще Leroux look if you're blonde.

I bought a really nice шнурок, кружева dress from modcloth, its white шнурок, кружева and looks like christines dressing платье, бальное платье but without the ruffles, it has a tie around belt, but the problem with it, is that it is too short. If the dress had been longer it would of made a perfect christine costume. Still its a beautiful dress and they may have some longer шнурок, кружева dresses :D Hope this helps a little
