As long as someone knows what sex is and is not uncomfortable with minor sexual implications, they should be old enough.

Teens, because I don't think anyone younger would be interested in such blatant romance. The sex in BD is only implicated. I think the worst part is Renesmee's birth, I'm not sure how old you'd have to be not to be freaked out by that part.
