I searched the forums, but didn\'t find one for the US. Thought it\'d be a good idea.

"I\'ll be there... around every corner... in every empty room... as inevitable as your guilty conscience..."
after Disney\'s recent announcements, I\'m already anticipating the titles for next year
I also wonder if Brother Bear and Atlantis will be released with their sequel, ala Fox and the Hound, Pocahontas, and Rescuers. While I want the sequels to be released, I wish they were released separate.
is there a subsection for sequels and what not? if so don\'t forget Lion King 1/2 and Lion King 2
Female Blu Ray Collector (been called dude and bro a lot lately, so clarifying lol)
"How did I survive apocalyptic fire? I simply refused to feel the flames."
I think there should be a separate section for direct to video Disney titles on BD. The Tinker Bell series, Lion King 1.5, and Lion King 2 all come to mind.
Wreck-It Ralph in green rather than red because it is inevitable it will be on Blu in spring 2013.

they\'re under the DisneyToon, as they are the subsidiary that handle all the DTV films

I have a suggestion: Those released BDs that are "in the vault" should be marked with "strike" tags (i.e., strikethru). For example:
This thread really illustrates how few have been released so far and how many more I have to buy!

I know. But after Disney\'s last announcements, it looks like they\'re greatly increasing the amount they release per year, so hopefully they\'ll continue to release more in the following years
Nice thread. How about a way to identify the \'Diamond Editions\'? Maybe use an asterisk? Also, those that are on the list, such as \'The Little Mermaid\', not be \'red\' for rumored. They are not rumored and will be coming out. Just thought those ideas might help those who don\'t know. Thanks; I\'ll be watching this thread
Pioneer Elite VSX-43/ Yamaha RX-V565 Receiver
Sony Slim PS3/ Samsung BD-P1500/ Sony BDP-S360
Actually, of the original Disney Animated Classics there are only 18 that haven\'t had some sort of announcment. That\'s less than half and not too bad
is there a chance that Song of the South will ever be released or is that lost forever in VHS purgatory?

Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely for anytime soon. A year ago at the shareholders meeting, Bob Iger said that they recently viewed the film, and says he doesn\'t feel it is a good idea to release it. The good news is that it has been restored, so it is visually ready to be released. The film goes into public domain in 2039, so something will be done by then lol
