Was born in the Tribe of Rushing Water where he was abused by everyone in the tribe. He ran away as a kit and found MountainClan (the Leader at the time was Ghoststar). He felt hated by everyone. When he was deputy, the Wraith of StarClan curse swept through the Clan killing (supposedly) everyone except him.
