Catherine and Heathcliffe are such complex characters, sometimes whilst Чтение the book Ты don't know weather to hate them или like them, Heathcliffe is far from your typical hero, he is dark brooding, unperdicatble, coarse in manner and speech, Catherine I feel is sometimes deserving of a good slap, she is flirty and flighty and has no qualms about marrying poor devoted Linton despite being very much in Любовь with Heathcliffe Опубликовано Больше года

I'm almost done with the book. My aunt gave it to me when I was in middle school, but I had a hard time Чтение it. I figure at 29, it's about time. Hands down one if my favorites. I shamefully admit to Чтение on Wikipedia what happens as I still struggle with the writing, but it gets easier with every page. Will probably watch the movie when I'm done. Опубликовано Больше года

Geez... I just watched the movie for the first time :O god, i heard a lot about the story but i didn't knew it :o i always wanted to read it... and now i want it еще than ever... One of the things I Любовь about this book is that it shouldnt work, but it is brillant, so it does work.
I mean, alot of the characters are unlikeable. Catherine can be a brat, and she dies half way throught the book. Then Heathcliff becomes a monster.
I also Любовь that, in the end, it seems like the Далее generation (Cathy and Hareton) is on a better path. Опубликовано Больше года
