How do I like или reply to a Комментарий now?

With every video on the new YouTube, most of the Комментарии have no buttons to like them или reply to them. There are a lot that I really want to like или reply to but there seems to be no way now.

That does seem like the only way. I don't think it actually alerts them though.

Same here with me, I will admit, I do not like the decision of the Google+ connection to YouTube in order to Комментарий on Видео because Ты can't reply to legacy Комментарии and Ты also can't up vote или down vote any of them either and that sucks, I have this problem too! XP
The only thing I like about this decision is that I can type as many character letters than before. :)
