Well not really, France and England never saw each other as siblings. America and England did, they even called each other brothers. Also just like the UsUk Фаны don't see them as family, maybe the FrUk Фаны never saw them as family. In Хеталия the family and incest stuff usually just goes by opinions, since none of them are REALLY related. Больше года
