Well,That's right tat he was a bully when he was a teenager,and that makes him NOT a lovely person,But he was too young and too stupid,He did some terrible things to Snape,but he understood life better when he got older,He became to a good husband and an awesome dad,He died when he was trying to protect Lily and Harry,He is not one of my fave characters but I can't just hate him when I think about what he did for his family.

I know, I appreciate what he has done for his family and I believe he was Храбрая сердцем doing this, and I know he had some good features later, but this is subjective opinion and it's not easy to change this anyway :) Больше года

There are many young people who don't bully. For example, Severus Snape never bullied anyone when he was at Hogwarts. So in my opinion, youth is no excuse for bullying. it's especially not an excuse for being the level of bully that he was to Severus. He and his Друзья made Severus's life miserable, and caused him a lot of pain. In addition, other than maybe towards his wife and son, James didn't really seem to mature all that much. If he was still alive, he'd be doing what Sirius Black was in the Order of the Phoenix and still calling Sev Snivellous. Like Scazirra said, this is also an opinion, and I'm not likely to change mine either. :) Больше года

Hello :) to be honest it must be because of all the things that James did to Severus Snape. Ты know, Sev is my favourite character for all time and he didn't really do anything bad to James... Well, being completely honest, I was bullied at school some time ago, it continued about 5 years... And I just can't stand this guy, he reminds me of the things I went through and what Sev had to go through. Ты could ask, why not Lupin или Black instead... Well. I kinda like Remus :) I think he got much better after those years, he wasn't so mean to Snape, when Sirius contiued to be... But the fact that Harry resembles James and Sev had to see the son of his Любовь and worst enemy is just enough for me... And thank Ты for the prop! ^.^ Больше года

Hi. I am someone else who hates James Potter a lot. My reason for hating him is also the way he bullied Severus Snape. Sev is my Избранное as well, and he really hadn't done anything to James. Like James had сказал(-а) at one point, they bullied Sev "because he exists". I can't support someone who enjoys bullying like James. Also, I hate how much Sev had to suffer because of James. Not only did James torture him, but he also took his best friend and only Любовь away. James is definitely the worst of the Marauders, and I don't like Sirius either because he never really changed. Remus is okay, though, I kind of like him as well. He was never as mean to Sev, and became a nicer person when he got out of school. When they were in the order together, he wasn't still being mean to Sev. I agree though, the fact that Harry looks so much like James and Sev had to see the son of his Любовь and worst enemy makes it even worse. So now you've heard the opinion of two people who hate James Potter. Больше года
