The rapper rules for a third frame with \'Fancy,\' while holding at No. 2 as a featured act on Ariana Grande\'s \'Problem.\' Plus, Sam Smith vaults to his first top 10 with \'Stay With Me.\'

Iggy Azalea tallies a third week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Fancy," featuring Charli XCX, and holds at No. 2 as featured on Ariana Grande\'s "Problem." Meanwhile, British crooner Sam Smith scores his first top 10, as ballad, and former U.K. No. 1, "Stay With Me," soars 19-10.

"I am genuinely gobsmacked," Smith told Billboard upon hearing the news. "I keep asking my team if they\'ve made a mistake. Thank you so much, America, for everything."

Every Wednesday means a brand new Hot 100, so let\'s run down all the action in the chart\'s top 10 and more.

Azalea continues her record-tying run at the chart\'s top two spots, as, for a third week, "Fancy" and "Problem" rank at Nos. 1 and 2, respectively. Previously, only the Beatles held the Hot 100\'s top two rungs simultaneously with their first two Hot 100 entries: On the Feb. 22, 1964, chart, the Fab Four\'s "I Want to Hold Your Hand" stayed at No. 1 while "She Loves You" pushed 3-2. Azalea has a ways to go before matching how long the Beatles controlled the top two; they logged 10 straight weeks occupying (at least) both Nos. 1 and 2 at the same time, through April 25, 1964, as "Hand" and "She" placed at Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, for four weeks; they then reversed ranks for two weeks; for the next four frames, "Can\'t Buy Me Love" ruled, while "Twist and Shout" was No. 2.

(Not that the feat seems to be flooring the even-keeled Azalea. "It doesn\'t mean anything," the Australian rapper revealed in the June 14 Billboard magazine cover story. "I\'d rather be the Rolling Stones," she ribbed.)

"Fancy" maintains its Hot 100 command despite dips in sales and streaming for a second week. The track pushes 3-2 on the Radio Songs chart with a 12 percent gain to 136 million all-format audience impressions, according to Nielsen BDS. It takes over atop the Mainstream Top 40 radio airplay chart and spends a second week at No. 1 on both Rhythmic and Rap Airplay.

"Fancy" crowns Digital Songs for a third week but decreases by 9 percent to 263,000 downloads sold in the tracking week ending on June 8, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It notches a fourth week at No. 1 on Streaming Songs, down by 8 percent to 12.5 million U.S. streams.

"Fancy" featured singer Charli XCX, meanwhile, scores her first Hot 100 hit as a lead artist, as "Boom Clap" bows as the week\'s highest new debut at No. 62. As its push to pop radio begins, the track debuts on Digital Songs at No. 16 (75,000 sold), aided by its inclusion in both "The Fault in Our Stars" film and soundtrack, the latter of which climbs 18-8 as the Greatest Gainer on the Billboard 200. (In her other Hot 100 appearance, Charli XCX reached No. 7 last year as featured on Icona Pop\'s "I Love It.")

"Fancy" again fends off "Problem" for the Hot 100\'s top rank, although the latter song claims top Airplay Gainer honors for a second consecutive week and for the fourth time in five weeks. "Problem" powers 7-4 on Radio Songs, up by 21 percent to 114 million. It holds at its No. 2 peak on Streaming Songs, down by 9 percent to 11.9 million; last week, it surged by 25 percent to 13 million after its official clip arrived on May 30. The cut ranks at No. 2 on Digital Songs for a third week (after spending its first three weeks at No. 1), down by 12 percent to 214,000.

With "Fancy" and "Problem" both down by 4 percent in overall Hot 100 points, the former claims 15 percent more chart points than the latter for a second week. (Two weeks ago, when the songs moved into the Nos. 1 and spots, respectively, "Fancy" won by a 28 percent margin.)

"Fancy" additionally leads the sales/airplay/streaming-based Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Hot Rap Songs charts for a third and eighth week, respectively. It also leads the Songs of the Summer survey for a second week following its annual return last week.

Shaking up the Hot 100\'s top tier, U.K. pop singer/songwriter Sam Smith scores his first top 10, as ballad "Stay With Me" rockets 19-10. The song blasts 10-3 on Digital Songs (167,000, up 62 percent) and 29-18 on Radio Songs (54 million, up 35 percent), while debuting at No. 41 on Streaming Songs (2 million, up 45 percent). Smith concurrently lands his third top 20 Hot 100 hit, and his second-highest-charting, as Disclosure\'s "Latch," on which he\'s featured, jumps 22-17. In his first visit, as a guest on Naughty Boy\'s "La La La," he reached No. 19; it falls 29-41 this week.

Smith additionally debuts at No. 69 on the Hot 100 with "I\'m Not the Only One," which enters Digital Songs at No. 15 (76,000 sold). The soulful cut, along with "Stay" and "Leave Your Lover," which charted for a week at No. 92 two weeks ago, are from Smith\'s debut full-length album, "In the Lonely Hour," due in the U.S. Tuesday (June 17). The set has spent its first two weeks at No. 1 on the Official U.K. Albums chart; two weeks ago, "Stay" debuted at No. 1 on the Official U.K. Singles list, becoming the 22-year-old\'s third No. 1 in his home country: "La" reigned a year ago this week, while "Hour" track "Money on My Mind" led in March.

Multiple U.S. radio formats are helping familiarize Stateside audiences with "Stay," which holds at No. 3 as the Greatest Gainer on Triple A and boosts 17-13 on Adult Top 40 and 21-16 on Mainstream Top 40 and debuts on Adult Contemporary at No. 28. It\'s also nearing Rhythmic, aided by a remix with Mary J. Blige.

Other Hot 100 action, meanwhile, abounds between Azalea and Grande at Nos. 1 and 2 and Smith at No. 10. John Legend\'s "All of Me" ranks at No. 3 on the Hot 100 for a third week after logging three weeks at No. 1. Still, it tallies a seventh week at No. 1 on Radio Songs (153 million, down 3 percent). It slips 4-6 on Streaming Songs (although up by 2 percent to 6.8 million and 7-9 on Digital Songs (116,000, down 6 percent).

DJ Snake and Lil Jon\'s "Turn Down for What" keeps at its No. 4 Hot 100 peak to date. It retreats 3-4 on Streaming Songs, but with a 26 percent swell to 8.6 million; lifts 8-6 on Radio Songs (93 million, down 1 percent); and drops 5-8 on Digital Songs (129,000, down 6 percent). On the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, it dominates for an 11th week.

Rounding out the Hot 100\'s top five, Jason Derulo\'s "Wiggle," featuring Snoop Dogg, charges 10-5 as the chart\'s top Streaming Gainer. With its official video having been released on May 21, its streaming activity continues to surge, as the song shoots 7-3 on Streaming Songs (8.7 million, up 46 percent). It rises 6-5 on Digital Songs (146,000, up 10 percent) and arrives as the highest new entry, at No. 36, on Radio Songs (36 million, up 38 percent).

Pharrell Williams\' former 10-week Hot 100 No. 1 "Happy" falls 5-6, while Canadian pop/reggae quartet MAGIC! moves 8-7 with its debut hit "Rude." The song bullets for a second week at No. 4 on Digital Songs (162,000, up 15 percent) and advances 10-9 on Streaming Songs (4.9 million, up 19 percent) and 18-13 on Radio Songs (69 million, up 21 percent).

Norwegian pop duo Nico & Vinz regresses to No. 8 from last week\'s No. 6 high with its first Hot 100 hit, "Am I Wrong," although the song gains by 9 percent in overall points. It slips 3-6 on Digital Songs (142,000, down 5 percent), but storms the Radio Songs top 10 (14-10; 83 million, 22 percent). Pop radio continues to help power "Wrong," which also reaches the top 10 on Mainstream Top 40 (12-10) and Adult Top 40 (11-7, as the Greatest Gainer). On Streaming Songs, "Wrong" rises 14-13 (4 million, up 21 percent).

Calvin Harris\' "Summer" holds at No. 9 in the Hot 100\'s top 10, after jumping 12-9 last week. It bounds 9-7 on Radio Songs (89 million, up 9 percent) and slides 9-12 on Streaming Songs, but with a 1 percent gain to 4.2 million, and 11-12 on Digital Songs (92,000, down 5 percent).

With Smith\'s "Stay" entering the Hot 100\'s top 10, Katy Perry\'s former four-week No. 1 "Dark Horse," featuring Juicy J, departs the bracket (7-11). The song stands as Perry\'s longest-charting in the top 10, having spent 22 weeks in the region. (Follow-up "Birthday" likewise falls, to No. 22 from its high of No. 17 the past two weeks. Still, "Birthday" bumps 15-14 on Radio Songs, up by 6 percent to 65 million.)
