When a band goes hiatus it someone kills the band in the end. It did it to System Of A Down big time but I hope i'm wrong :(

Wait, what happened to System? Imo, they actually seem stronger after their hiatus. Unless, you mean someone died....
But I just have this hunch that you might be right.
