Her awkwardness, clumsiness, etc. is a quick easy ploy to make her "relatable" to girls in the audience. ("OMG Look, she's clumsy and awkward, JUST LIKE YOU!") Not as legitimate character flaws that prevent her from getting what she wants/needs and that she needs to grow from. What annoys me though is how freaking similar she is to Rapunzel. I call lazy writing and story-drafting there. I still think Frozen is basically Disney assessing what people liked about Tangled, cherry-picking the little parts people liked (bubbly blonde shut-in, snarky guy that guides her, hooved animal that acts like a dog, etc), magnifying it by ten, then making a movie about it. People loved Rapunzel? Let's make another Rapunzel, only "CLUMSY and AWKWARD, JUST LIKE YOU!" posted Больше года. last edited Больше года
