I don't find Ray's death sad. Just overdue. >:D

They're both SUPER sad, but since I already knew the story I knew she wouldn't sat dead. With Ray I was like "Is he gonna come back now? How about now? Now? Wait, he's actually DEAD?! =O *sobs*".

I agree with firegirl1515. When Snow White dies, everyone knows she wakes up, but ray actually stays dead (and even if he didn't, its not like everyone would already know that)

I don't find either to be really sad, but seeing as I knew Snow was just gonna wake up, it wasn't as bad as Ray's death, even though I still didn't like him.

I actually shed some tears with Ray's death. With Snow White, you always know she's just in a deep slumber.

Rays death was sad, don't misunderstand me...but Snow White's...It just breaks my heart how broken hearted the dwarfs were. It pulls hard on my heart strings...even though I know how it ends, I still get sad at that part and sometimes I even cry!

Ray dies happy though. He get to be with Ma Belle Evangeline.

i really don't find any sad. with snow white you knew that she would wake up, but i didn't even like ray that much. i agree with princesslullaby and disneyfan500

Anyways, I was more shocked then sad the first time I watch Ray's death but if I were watch PATF right now, I would be like "Yes!"

Ray's death is a shock. And it's very rare that a non-villain character dies in a Disney film... One would think he wasn't going to stay dead.

It was just really unexpected for me, so I found it more sad. And like Straggy said, it's obvious she's going to wake up and live Happily Ever After. And the thing that tugs at my heartstrings is when you see his star appear next to Evangeline.

I am never sad when Ray dies. I just never cared. But I find it romantic that he shows up next to Evangeline.

It was shocking and refreshing to see a character like Ray die but I didn't feel that connected with him. Maybe if the Aligator character, whatever his name was died, then that would be a little sadder. Ray was introduced quite late in the film for me to get a real connection with his character to feel sad for a fictional death. Plus I found him quite annoying.

Snow White's death was classy and in keeping with the fairy tale... well nearly. The dwarf's faces make you realise how guilty they felt. Its just a beautiful scene that tugs on the heartstrings. Ray dieing however was just something chucked in at the end of the film, to make the rushed ending a bit more dramatic and memorable. Classic and beautiful? I think not.

Snow White for the win. ;)

I agree with disney_prince. I didn't feel connected with Ray. But I didn't connect with the alligator Louis either. I didn't find Ray and Louis funny, just annoying. I was glad Pascal and Maximus didn't talk in Tangled. I liked them more.

Ray's death was actually boring :/
