"Oh that's right because lying to her is going to save her life." or "Get a girlfriend." - that probably needed to be said lol. So he's not always conventional and polite but since when did we want a conventional Doctor? He wouldn't get anything done if he took manners into account. I have only known rude doctors and I don't want that to change. I will never forget the first time I heard 9th say "stupid ape". I was flabbergast and I loved it. And 10th was no better.
