What does this mean?

Right a while back, like in April of this год I reported someone, he got banned and like recently he was seen under a friend of mines fanlist and he was like on the секунда page of just latest log in sooo he must still be able to be getting on somehow even though he's still banned. Do Ты know what this could mean? It's only once every while he seems to be on the latest log in, he doesn't log in like every день just every now and again like. I'm confused :/ i hope he still isn't able to get on coz i can't stand him lol. He was horrible, but does this mean he is actually able to get on Fanpop still even though he is banned?

1) The user was banned temporarily and then was allowed to return. This does happen, so it's possible.

2) The user was banned but not completely - some bug in the system is still allowing partial access.

3) The user was banned successfully, but some bug is Показ logins where there haven't been any.

Have Ты checked to see whether the user's Профиль is accessible? If so, then it's option 1 или 2. If not, then it's option 3. Have Ты seen any content Опубликовано from the user? If so, then it's option 1. If the user was banned and then allowed back, your only recourse is to Сообщить the user again if/when he/she violates the Terms of Service again. If it's 2 или 3, Ты should probably Сообщить it as a bug using the "Contact us" link at the bottom of any page.
