I'm afraid what Ты want is not possible on Fanpop. Ты can only receive email notifications on Форум topics that Ты started yourself.
The only thing I could recommend is saving the Форум Ты would like Обновления on as a Избранное (little green button in the вверх right corner of the Форум topic). If Ты do that, the link to the Форум topic will be on your Профиль page (left center), so Ты can easily check for new Ответы every time Ты visit Fanpop.
I know this isn't exactly what Ты were looking for, but it's the Далее best thing.
