If Ты receive a Fanatic medal, do Ты have еще access in that club?

There is a spot that the Фаны want to change the banner, icon, and caption on, but the owner hasn't been on in 6 months, and is probably done with Fanpop. If a user is a Fanatic, would they be able to Редактировать the spot?

Thank you. It's annoying that we won't be able to change the banner, but we can figure something out.
