I think that it does, until someone Ответы it. If someone Ответы it, then Ты change it; that would mean that they could get it wrong. Fanpop doesn't want people changing pop Тест Ответы after some one Ответы it because they're not sure what kind of people are on fanpop, and think that they could change it just to screw up some ones pop Тест scores.

Hmm makes sense...but I feel bad cause people are clicking on the 'right' answer but are being told its the 'wrong' answer cause I marked the wrong one...blah! Thanks for the answer.
yes, as claire said, Сообщить it and in the notes section describe what the correct answer is saying Ты made a mistake because then the Ответы will be re calculated and the people who got it right will get their scores!
