Is there some sort of bug или something cause I can't seem to manage to Загрузить a banner to a spot?

Ok, so I am the creator of certain spots and I just tried adding some banners so the spots would look a bit better but I can't. I can add или change the Иконки though. Is someone else having this problem too? The banners are 800x100. The little green thing keeps turning as if the banner is uploading but it never actually appears, as if the Загрузить process takes forever. It's kind of frustrating, so I was wondering is anyone of Ты wise people knows what the cause might be.

I find that Fanpop has troubles with Bitmap, или "Bmp", and that PNG and Jpeg work better.

The exact same happened to me, I couldn't Загрузить anything for my banner and I couldn't Загрузить any Обои for picks, the little green круг just kept going and going, but eventually it stopped, so try sending an e-mail to the Fanpop 4, that's what I did.
