Depends. If Ты are trying to put it in your фото gallery,Fanpop doesn't allow Ты to have GIF icons,so it will not work.
If Ты mean in a club,then Ты are not supposed to change the name of the GIF.If Ты do,it only stays as a picture and doesn't move.
^If Ты didn't do that,I would suggest giving it some time for it to work.I usually have to wait also,since my GIFs don't work at first,but they eventually do.
