Help me about my caps!!!!!!!!!!

1. I joined 34 клубы that means i can earn the "Clubbing 25" кепка, колпачок but why didn't I get it?
2. I visited Fanpop for 10 days and my friend at school сказал(-а) visiting Fanpop for 10 days will earn Ты a cap! But why didn't I get it?

Maybe a Fanpop glitch. Try going to Fanpop for 50 days. This may make the things run a little smoother.
