How To Get "Showing Любовь 10" Cap?

Ты don't get the кепка, колпачок by giving a thumbs up to Стена posts.
On the bottom of pictures and videos, etc. there is a button where it says "Fan of it?" that Ты click and become a fan.
When Ты become a Фан of 10 of these, Ты receive the cap. :)

And someone loved them once Ты know that it's cool it's cool to Любовь your family..... Everybody's okay, we all seem on this is all I ever dreamed of my friends, your trust, my heart, family of love!!
