I'm wondering if any users can give a logical explanation as to why the Ответы category feature is still being used to ask Вопросы that really belong in a pick или Тест category? I'm sure someone must have some idea seeing as so many users do this!

Some people don't care. Some people might mistake "Answers is where Ты can ask other Фаны for help with Вопросы that Ты need Ответы to." for something similar along the lines of asking a general poll-related Вопрос such as "Who is your Избранное character?" Their logic would be that that Вопрос is something they need an answer to. Some might see it as another way to just Отправить еще content, или get еще Комментарии no matter how relevant it is. Others might not even know anything about a proper etiquette for these things. How many times is 'How do I get a medal?' STILL asked?!

i think the entry requirements should be anyone who can FAULT the maths board, on the image, should Not be allowed to join, или those who use their fingers to check it out.

I think that some users dont understands it and they dont read the instructions properly. They maybe just think about post things so they can get a medal или a prop.
