how do we a create a club?

It's a Вопрос that's been asked many times before - Поиск in the Ответы section. I'm sure you'd find it repeated within a few pages.

Anyway:
1. Go to the main page - www.fanpop.com
2. Scroll down til you've past the pop Тест section on the right
3. Click on the large green button

If that doesn't appear, Ты may not have been a member here for long enough. Ты have to wait a few weeks from when Ты first joined.
