Why can't i Загрузить images????????

Эй, whenever i wanna Загрузить an image it just dissaper well does anyone know how to fix this problem plz help me :)

never mind, i figured out how to Загрузить images. just right-click on the Иконка with the camera on it and then click go to my pictures then drag and drop the image.
